  2. You never really appreciate what you can do until you aren't able to do it. As it goes for the ankle it functions but it doesn't function like it's supposed to, going to the doctor tomorrow so I am keeping my faith that I can be released!! Hope to see everyone soon!

  3. Aaron H. bw155. Tuesday's FS 5RM/235#, (245#x4). 65# thrusters x 100/ 6:30. 3 rounds max muscle ups w/3 minute rest between rounds (13/9/7).

  4. i finished 3rd in my age group raw time. i was 65th over all, out of 900 or so. the 6:54 was 12 seconds off last years time. dropping 12 seconds is a huge deal for me. my pr at the sprints was 6:44 in '02. its all in the archives.
    i did 6:07 two years in a row, ('08 - '09) saw CF mentioned on the C2 website and started w/ you guys a year ago. i knew when i did the same time 2 years in a row i was never going to get any faster just rowing and riding the bike. when i first s/w Chris, my only goal was to get under 7, and after a lot of effort it worked out for me.
    thanks to all you members and coaches for all the help. i try to thank all of you after every w/o, and i always really mean it. i am deeply grateful for the help. it isnt easy to turn back the clock, and i have each of you to thank. i could never have done it without Cross Fit Jax.

  6. pull up ladder: 1 the first minute, 2 the second minute, 3 the third and so forth continuing as long as you are able to.

    russ. 162bw. rx. maxed out at the 20min mark. total: 210 kipping pull ups in 20mins.

    5rm 105 pr. failed thrice at 115. atleast i got a new 3rm now! 14:16 on the mod thrusters. i can barely walk.
