  2. This morning the roads were very slick with ice.

    we decided to do from CF324

    10 min. emom. alternating 3 mu's and 3 OHS 135#.

    Bou did well. I couldn't even get 1 MU today. how that sucked...

    Afterwards,

    Running on the beach nice.
    Row inside the facility, not so bad.
    Wall balls outside against a palm tree, challenging.

  5. Dustin 171bw. rx 20:59 total. I ran two miles a few hours before comming in and it definetely affected my performance. Still not recoverd from vacation either. Hope to get past this funk.

    On the other hand my wife continues to amaze me. 10 weeks away from having a baby and she is still rocking the box at CrossfitSS. Hard for me to make excuses.

    It appears there was some confusion regarding the aforementioned abbreviations. Apparently, reading is not considered one of the 10 general skills.
