Prob try and use 1abmat next time the HSPU's show up..
Started off with the #55 for the snatch but became MUCH more comfortable with the movement through the workout, so will definitely be adding more weight next time... Wanted to make sure I had the form down first though...
Worked on muscle ups AGAIN!!! WTF?!?! So close, yet so so far away! Jon, first round is on me as soon as I get one... =)

All the folks on the steppers, recumbent bikes and ellipical machines gave me that look of disgust. How dare you grunt, groan and use profanity in here. Can't you see we are watching Oprah.
S.O.B. That was a workout from hell.
