    I did something stupid. I registered for the south europe sectionals. I am not looking for glory. Just a nice push to get fitter then I am now.

    Sadly year ends are always busy for us geeks.

    I dont do resolutions, but improving my form is def one of them. Am gonna try to make as many 7:30s as I can!

  11. Katy 101bw 7:30 and 19:33 mod

    I did 55lb on the bar and had to do 37 reps. This is one of those days it sucks being tiny, well besides trying to reach the top shelf at the supermaket. But least I can say I did ground to overhead 20 times my body weight to start the new Year off right. Thanks for the push guys.

  12. Did the am wod today.

    My squat clean form s***'s. For some reason I was stuck at 90kg. Being i have done more with hpcleans, i decided to spend more time on sq's. Back up to 85kg.

    after that, did 1 round of the sc-thrusters @82 kg. , 7 mu's and 25 du's. 5:??. Can't really understand how the scthrust. were possible.

    However,it really doesn't matter. I will attempt this wod again tomorrow.
