new year's is once again upon us. for some people, it's no big deal...for most, we set goals for ourselves for the upcoming new year with hopes of bettering ourselves from the previous.
what are your goals & what are you willing to do to achieve them? who will keep you straight and on course? who will hold you accountable?

Rope Pull Ups x 5
Double Unders x 25 6 rnds & some change
then
30 135# snatch for completion.
No go on 50 consecutive pull ups. Once again same issue pops up, THE GRIP. Things were moving along as planned when somewhere in the low 40's, boom the finish line is no longer seconds away. Tuesdays blow of falling off the bar at 46.5 still leaves me wondering how could I come so close, then drop the ball. Anyway I was able to cross off one more item from my list for 2009. REMAIN INJURY FREE. So what's in store for 2010? Keep my goals to myself.
