good to see several of us improving on the all-so-challenging coordinated skill of performing double unders. its one of the many movements that must be done on a consistent basis in order to get better at. having said that, its also one of the many movements that can grow increasingly frustrating due to the inability to perform them correctly. coordination and rhythm gets better by not only practice, but habitual practice performed correctly with progressive resistance.
ReplyDeleteany athletic movement that involves coordination is worth doing especially for those of us who are clumsy, uncoordinated and have no rhythm. the ability to move our own body with control through any and all angles and positions can only benefit every other aspect of everyday life. think on that the next time you ask 'what is the purpose of double unders?'.
