if you did the workout but dont see your name on here its because you either did not finish or you did not perform 10 rounds.
ReplyDeletethis workout is a perfect example of highlighting both strengths and weaknesses within one's limitations. one could easily breeze through the bench press due to relative/raw strength however when given the task of performing kb swings and pull ups, i witnessed on several occasion, immediate cardio-respiratory endurance failure and muscle fatigue. to sum it all up, its important to have both (or all 10 facets of the general physical characteristics).
stand by for oxidative hurricane tomorrow!
well I have been hibernating/studying for a bio exam I have tomorrow at 8am. I am excited to get back to my game witht his one. I will post my time tomorrow.

This wod (rx'd) came out of nowhere and took everyone by surprise. It is always impressive to see fast times but even more impressive is to watch someone toil in their sweat, filth, and misery for 50 ball crushing minutes. The pain, however long it lasts, is only tmeporary. The lessons learned in the gym (about yourself) will endure forever.
ReplyDeletethis wod crushed me. it took me twice as long to finish the last 5 rounds as it did to finish the first. i cruised so easily in the beginning i had no idea it could sneak up and bit me in my pride so badly. i puked, i worked, i hydrated, i prayed, i sweat, i maybe even cried a little. now today, ONE DAY AFTER, my body and my hands are destroyed, however my soul remains in tact.
