    I have been working on my mobility a whole hell of a lot. After competing in the CF Masters in LA,I hurt myself doing the clean and jerk. That has made me pay a lot of attention towards my ROM/Flexibility.

    I can only recommend the mobility stuff. It has helped take away issues that have kept me SLOW! Can't wait to see the numbers go up now!
