    1 attempt 70% x6 with 140kg
    2 attempt 80% x 3 at 160kg

    then 170kg x 1 emom for 6min.

    150 t2b. lost count so I just worked for 20min.

    Did Hidalgo Saturday. Felt it a little this morning..... ;-D
