50 burpees
find 1RM shoulder to overhead with remaining time

-3min rest-

within 8mins:
800m run
row for calories in remaining time

  1. 50 burpees and rest of the 10 min did 220 for 1 rm pp.

    after the 3min pause

    800m run then rowed 78 calories within the 8min time limit.
