It's me again! went to the temple and did the following:shoulder press: 40,50,60% as warm up.work sets: 5x52kg 65%; 5x60@75%; 5x68kg@85%. all in kg.then directly did thursdays wod "Calm Plecks".it kicked my butt. 21:something. It's all good.
