    did back squats before hand.
    warm up: 64x5,80x5 96x3 work: 106x5,120x5,136x3

    afterwards:hspu on paralettes

  2. It's me again! went to the temple and did the following:

    shoulder press: 40,50,60% as warm up.
    work sets: 5x52kg 65%; 5x60@75%; 5x68kg@85%. all in kg.

    then directly did thursdays wod "Calm Plecks".
    it kicked my butt. 21:something.
    It's all good.
