    Hope everyone had fun this morning! Good fight by all! Liza - you really pushed yourself today and you should feel damn proud!

    Did the WOD after class and I can no longer lift my arms. In hindsight, expecting to be able to complete 25 presses at only 30# less than my 1RM was probably a little bit pigheaded. Nevertheless, it was a good one!
