Congrats to all CFJAXers that competed this weekend...
Competition = anxiety, excitement, frustration, fear, courage, belief, MOTIVATION.
I see individuals everyday that refuse to compete...It is a sad state of mind to be in! Challenge yourself daily! Sometimes that means putting it all on the line...COMPETE!

  2. Rapids, you could not have spoken a more truer statement, we must compete daily to gauge ourselves and our current training regimens to accurately determine whether what we are currently doing is working or not. Just as we log our progress to see if diet, rest, and training is beneficial, we must compete as well so appropriate changes need to be made. I say, put yourself on that stage no matter how daunting it may seem and push yourself against the best, it can only make you stronger both physically and mentally.
