1x1 for 1RM

max abmat sit-ups in 5mins
-no arm swing i.e. no momentum
-either cross arms w/ hands over shoulders or, keep them locked out in between legs

    Strict Abmat Sit Ups were a challenge for the young guys...they wanted to throw the arms & head as they got tired...
    Cramping started between 35 & 40 Reps...felt great!

    did 4 sets with 120kg, 3 x 3 with 136kg then tried 163kg = 360. X= didn't get it it today!

    Sit ups= 136. I had a bunch of youngs to beat! Günther counted for me.
