Congratulations to our athletes from The Hot Box that competed in todays Nuclear Winter Challenge at CrossFit Evolution in Orlando, Florida. Katie Powell, Nikki Johnson, Chrissy Wallis, and Matt Rodgers represented CrossFit JAX in a BIG way, even crushing a few PR's along the way. We cannot say enough about the CrossFit EAST Family and how awesome it is to celebrate in the festival of fitness together as a community.
