    Russ ~ The asterisks are our high school athletes (15-18 year olds) that do the WOD's with us (the coaches/28-40 year olds). Most will do some type of strength workout in the afternoon as well...

    duuuuuuuuuuuuuuude. this was a pretty legit wod and i feel pretty legit that i didn't dnf due to 40 min time cap.
