we did another WOD from Pat Sherwood that was absolutely the worst thing i have done in a long time. in pat's words, "fight the temptation to increase the weight and move as fast as you can. you'll be glad you didn't increase."
4RFT : 500m row 135/95 backsquat x 15 135/95 deadlift x 15
5 min rest between rounds.

didn't use a rack, the backsquats were killer. unbroken, but slow.
