1 pull up the 1st minute, 2 pull ups the second, 3 pull ups the third and so on.

rest

emom:
-185#/135# deadlift
-24"/20" box jumps
1 deadlift the 1st minute, 2 box jumps the 2nd, 3 deadlifts the 3rd, 4 box jumps the fourth and so on.

perform the accumulating reps until you are no longer able to complete the reps in a given minute.
