Chrissy Such a great day yesterday, so impressed by how many of us have friends who aren't CrossFitters- yet!! Hit my goal of 3 friends & 3 wods. 1130- me & Andi "semi-pro rower" Burke- crushers! 500 reps 330- me & Jo "no active recovery for you on the sprints" Shott- 463 630- me & Michelle "movin & Groovin"- 434 or 454 (I think!). So tired & hungry at this point, it was all I could do to get back on that box!
Glad to see everyone & meet your friends! Look forward to playing with all the newbies some more!!
