TABATA SOMETHING ELSE

focus
-from ground, transition from 1st pull into the 2nd pull
-do not attempt to pull under the bar
-focus on achieving power position prior to jumping
-maintain weight in heels until you jump
DO NOT SHIFT WEIGHT TO BALLS OF FEET DURING TRANSITION

skill
snatch high pulls
-3x3 @ snatch 1RM
-if you do not have a snatch 1RM, use 55% of deadlift 1RM
-maintain angles & midline stability throughout
-bar/knees/back move as one unit from ground
-shoulders/hips move @ same rate

work
8 consecutive tabata intervals of each movement
(one interval is 20secs of work followed by 10secs of rest)
-pull ups
-push ups
-sit ups
-air squats
there is no rest, other than the 10secs, between movements
