FGB 300


30-20-10 for time:
20#/12# wall ball shots
75#/45# sumo deadlift high-pull
20" box jumps
75#/45# push press
row for calories

3 burpee penalty for every time you break a set. accumulated burpees will be performed at the end of the workout.

    I was thinking this would be a good preliminary to see if my upcoming strategy to score a 400 fgb was possible. Some re-tooling will be necessary.
