  1. c2b isn't a problem over here.However, c2b clapping p-ups is something new. So we did clapping pull ups.

    we did it all without stopping the clock till the 2 mile run was over.

  3. Deadlift. Empowers me and works the entire posterior chain which will balance the preponderance of time I spent working on the anterior chain the first half of my life.

    Sat WOD- Beach cruiser Tri-- 500 yd swim, 10k tandem beach cruiser bike, 5k run. 1:11
    This is my recommendation for EVERY SATURDAY!

    qod- If I could do a MU.. it'd be those.. (mostly b/c they're awesome), until then.. pullups!

    I'm still trying to figure out what Steve's exercise is..
