No need to make dinner because the hamburger that is my hands will suffice. Unbroken wod until the 4th round and then I hit the proverbial wall. The deads felt like 400, the run felt as if I were dragging a sled and the pull ups were beginning to peel the skin away. Three calluses ripped open during the middle of the 7th and improvisations were made in order to finish. This will go down as a top 5.

Consecutive Pull-ups continue to be a weakness I must improve upon.
    Way to push RX, Steve~

  6. Julianne - 115 DL/26:16 Pullups on the band - I still struggle with those. I agree with Steve - my "man hands" are all ripped up, but that's OK!
