SHOULDER PRESS 80/85/90

focus
shoulder press
1 x 3 @ 80%
3 x 2 @ 85%
5 x 1 @ 90%
-immediately after EACH set, perform the following:
max hspu in 1min, then 3min rest

metcon
8 interval mash up
(one interval is 1min on 30secs off)
row for calories
burpees
-score is lowest number from each movement

  1. First wod back in germany. I want to apologize for not posting lately and for not making it up to Jax.
    My sister had her baby while I was in Florida. Coming from a family of 7 kids, it's really not easy getting around to everyone.

    Got the olympic cert this past weekend in Basel, Switzerland. Coach B and family were fantastic! I can only recommend it.

    As murphy's law goes, piled through todays wod up until the mashup. my workout was cleaning up tons of water from a busted water pipe. It couldn't wait 11min for me to get out of there. ;-)

    will have to make up the metcon on thursday.

    This was/would have been interesting to finish.
