ReplyDeleteMy sister had her baby while I was in Florida. Coming from a family of 7 kids, it's really not easy getting around to everyone.
Got the olympic cert this past weekend in Basel, Switzerland. Coach B and family were fantastic! I can only recommend it.
As murphy's law goes, piled through todays wod up until the mashup. my workout was cleaning up tons of water from a busted water pipe. It couldn't wait 11min for me to get out of there. ;-)
will have to make up the metcon on thursday.
This was/would have been interesting to finish.
