    Sprint to top of stadium (103-steps) 11 rds.

    After the third round I began to question myself, why was I doing this? Then at round 6 things came into focus, because your not going to get any better by talking about it. The suck factor faded and the motivation switch engaged. Next thing I knew it was over.
    Train with purpose.
