4 rounds of:
400m run
c2b pull ups*
(each round is 5mins in length)
*within in each round, complete the run as fast as possible and perform the pull ups for max reps in the remaining time. use a continuous running clock. rinse lather repeat until you have completed 4 total rounds. score is total c2b pull ups.

ReplyDeleteadded an extra something special (literally) and pushed my sweet lil sophia in her baby jogger. katie p piloted the last 600m to give momma a little break. that baby jogger is no joke. im putting russ to the test with it as soon as he gets home.
