squat was a bummer. didnt go down far enough w/ 195, tried it again and still didnt go down far enough. should have backed off on the third lift. needed a mulligan.
Karen ...I am with Chrissy if its a first its def a PR !! 115#PR, 60#, 185#PR = 365..I will take it but I shoulda coulda woulda lifted better!! Thanks Chris for coaching me up on the DL pr !!
