    it was hard to find a balance in my lifts today...i pr'd on one end of the spectrum and failed to even tie a pr on the other two lifts...regardless a 800#cft is eminent

    squat was a bummer. didnt go down far enough w/ 195, tried it again and still didnt go down far enough. should have backed off on the third lift. needed a mulligan.
