REST DAY

    Without fishoil for 2 days.

    Reduced lubrication, increased fuel consumption.
    Thinning of blood, danger of overheating. Negative effect on performance.

    The learning process never stops.
    After round 12 it became obvious that my c2b pull up was lacking efficiency. Applied corrective measure and voila. Like the round to the chamber let the cyclic routine continue.

  2. Amazing and Unbelieveable video! My life just got way more difficult. I can no longer slough something off because I think I "cant", because after watching this, I'll have to try, whatever it is.
