This might be the perfect workout to follow yesterdays post. It looks doable at the rx weight, but 20 HSPU and 5 MU bookending 18 gtoh @ 30# heavier than Grace with 10 burpees thrown in to offer a nice uppercut to the respiratory system. Based on my Speal v Khalipa time I know I should scale to keep constant steady pace. On the other hand, this is not a sprint and sometimes finding the chinks in the armor is more important than finishing fast or just finishing.
