  5. Did Barbara on Thursday w/ deadlift at the end. Friday:Maximum 4 rounds of unbroken pull ups mixed w/ 5 front squats @ 100 kg. (concentrated on exploding out of the hole) then 4 rounds of 3 mu's and 10 ring dips

    Yesterday Max front squats and cleans.(sat)
    Today:Pilot Course from 324
