  8. Forgot to put in the 5x5 back squats yesterday. Therefore we did the following today (thur.):

    5 rounds of
    20 sumo deadlift w/135#
    10 c2b
    20 ring dips

    bou. 14:08
    rob. 14:12

    then behind the neck push press 60kg x 3, 70kg x 3, 80kg x 2, 100kg x 1 bou made it , I missed.

    Still tight I guess.

    Failed on my first attempt at this weight (rep #4) but got it on the second attempt. While loading an additional 5 pounds, felt a sharp pain in my neck so I hit the kill switch. Bummed cause I feel like I had the gas to get that 300 but did not want to risk it today...
