Dustin 171bw. Did some ground to overhead work at 185 then at body weight with push-ups in between then worked on butterfly kipping. Managed to get 3 or 4 in a row several times. Just need some practice to get the rhythm steady.
rob. worked on dl#s 5 x 5 ending with 385#. Then worked on ring dips for form. After that finished the day doing as many mu's as possible. Didn't keep a count. Just wanted to have fun.
