    Went easy today been running miles and miles this week to prepare for PRT that is coming up...

    Should have done 800m run cycles instead of 400m and added something else with the kte.Next time.

    Eating a donut after each run cycle...optional.

  4. Dustin 171bw. Did some ground to overhead work at 185 then at body weight with push-ups in between then worked on butterfly kipping. Managed to get 3 or 4 in a row several times. Just need some practice to get the rhythm steady.

  5. rob. worked on dl#s 5 x 5 ending with 385#. Then worked on ring dips for form. After that finished the day doing as many mu's as possible. Didn't keep a count. Just wanted to have fun.
