I equate the thruster portion of this WOD to getting attacked by mosquitoes. Very Irritating...

  9. #5 over bw
Thrusters rx: just under 10 min, pathetic.
Here is how I would describe the signals going to my left & right hemisphere during a thruster session
    1. Slight discomfort
    2. Presure building between the ears
    3. The mind says drop the weight, bail out.
    4. Still moving, euphoria has shown up.
    5. I'm on another plain, but for how long?
    6. This is where it gets tricky, mind & body start to operate on different freqs. Sometimes I can push past this point. It's a chess game with yourself. Kind of like falling off the pull-up bar at 47 on your way to 50.
    7. Cave in, quit, broken will, loser. I got beat by myself.

Now lets not end a negative note.
    Grip work cont.
With the vest. Up the ladder, acrossed and back then down. Objective met. Spidey would have been proud.

Given 10 chances to beat Turbo, you'll lose 37 times.

worked relentlessly on damn near perfect form. 225# was the heaviest load i could manage while keeping my upper arm & elbows at parallel in the rack.

    MECHANICS - CONSISTENCY - INTENSITY...yes...in that order.

    FUNDAMENTALS - VIRTUOSITY - MASTERY...yes...in that order.

KP kicking some arse! That's awesome!!!

105#/7 something (happy with FS as my last FS attempt was 95# for 1RM)

Did a little muscle up work afterwards. I am sooooooo close that I can almost taste that sweet sweet muscle up victory. Thanks Jon for the helpful tips!
