GOOSE MAYO

warm up
3 rounds:
pvc ohs x 10
walking lunges x 10
back extension x 10
pull up x 10
ring dips x 10

focus: split jerk

workout
10RFT
165# clean & jerk x 3
pull ups x 6

clean from ground (power or squat clean) then come to full extension and to a complete standing position prior to jerking overhead. this is not a 'ground-to-overhead' concept. use push jerk or split jerk.

5min rest

500m row for time

chicks at the bar
travis in between reps

    Jon originally had me at #75, and I thought it was too much so I scaled it down to #65. I think I should have stuck with #75, it would have been a slower time, but least I would be pushing around some more weight. I feel more powerful at 101, maybe next time!

  12. Chrissy bw150- horray to get those 4lbs off, (for today at least!) #75, mod to 7 reps, 9:42 or 9:52.
    Was expecting a much better time on row, but completely DIED last 100 yds.. 2:02..

    PS wouldn't advise running solo on Mayport road.. scary stuff.
