clean from ground (power or squat clean) then come to full extension and to a complete standing position prior to jerking overhead. this is not a 'ground-to-overhead' concept. use push jerk or split jerk.

ReplyDeleteJon originally had me at #75, and I thought it was too much so I scaled it down to #65. I think I should have stuck with #75, it would have been a slower time, but least I would be pushing around some more weight. I feel more powerful at 101, maybe next time!
