Oxford University Press recently approached Turbo J voicing the following concern: "We've experienced unexplained contention surrounding our current definition of the word POWER." They immediately called the expert. Don't worry... I've set the record straight. A new definition will appear in revision 12e.
power (n.): The unparalleled strength or force exerted by Turbo J when rendering lackeys helpless at his feet.
I 'liked' it. The weight was perfect for me - heavy enough to keep me in check but not enough to wish I'd never been born. The runs provided a little break, but kept the body taxed throughout the workout...
Did the CFT - 75/65/95 - Thanks to Turbo and Russ for the help and the pointers. I learned a lot from what you guys were telling me and it is GREATLY appreciated!
