BALLS

warm up
pvc sumo deadlift high pull
-set up
-execution
-points of performance
for 10 mins

jumping pull ups x 10
clapping push ups x 10
ghd sit ups x 10
ghd back extensions x 10
full kb swings x 10
pvc ohs x 10
burpees x 10

workout
1 mile run w/ med ball
5 rounds of:
- wall ball shots x 10
- jumping ball slams x 10
- abmat sit ups w/ med ball x 10
1 mile run w/ med ball

post total time for score.
everytime you drop the ball on the run, penalty is 10 burpees.
mens rx is >20#, women is <20#

HAPPINESS...some spend their entire lives looking for it and die never achieving it. what is happiness to you? what is your definition of success? are you unhappy about something that is out of your control yet you let it affect your own life? if it is something out of your control, is it even worth being unhappy about? if you aren't even a part of the solution/situation, why should you feel unhappy to begin with? maybe you should start living your own life...and stop living it through others' lives. do you know of someone going through such a thing? or maybe its the person in the mirror you try to convince is perfect, but really isn't?
