Dustin 169bw 7:21 Mod 75lbs Nursing a hurt back so decreased weight quite a bit and tried to focus on not stopping. Should have done much better considering the lower weight.

ReplyDeleteBW 166 scaled down to #100 I put some thinking into this one prior to kick off, lets use a 100 lbs and push it. should be able to roll threw & get a nice time. Next thing you know the blood is banging in my head like a sledge hammer. Ended up with a 10:59. On a parting note just wondering hom many of you guys in your 20's will be doing this type of training in your 50's.

ReplyDeleteI hurt it wakeboarding over the weekend. Skipped Monday, came in Tuesday and went through the warm up and after playing around with some light weight decided to pass on the Deadlifts so this was my first full WOD this week. I just hate to be out for an extended time so I am being cautious. Better a few days than a few weeks.
