COMPLEX(ICATED): FROM CrossFit4800 via CrossFit324

warm up
5 burpees
10 ghd sit ups
10 ghd back extensions
5 burpees
pvc x 10:
- deadlift
- power clean
- front squat
- push jerk
- push press

workout
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 of:
135# barbell complex
2-4-6-8-10-12-14-16-18-20 of:
pull ups

looks like: 1 barbell complex/2 pull ups, ascending to 10 barbell complexes and 20 pull ups.

1 complex is the following in order:
- deadlift
- power clean
- front squat
- push jerk
- push press
perform the complex in its entirety to equal 1 rep. do not drop bar during a complex to rest. rest only after completing each complex if needed.

for example, on round 2, you will perform 2 complexes and 4 pull ups which looks like:
- 1 deadlift, 1 power clean, 1 front squat, 1 push jerk, 1 push press then repeated again to equal two reps
- 4 pull ups

    craziness and a little mental insanity is needed in order to achieve and be successful in this thing called life. that being said, its fun as all hell! steve d is a monster and is on tap to be leaving for bud/s navy seal training later in the year.

  7. The whole 1:08::15...was a real kick in the a$$...both physically
    and mentally..I was shot on round 7....I definitely would have not
    finished this workout RX...without the support of Meghan and the rest of
    the guys...and gals...Thx for the push!!...My quads are demolished...my
    shoulders feel like they have been ripped from my torso. but,...I'm
    ready for another round of CFJAX...

  9. Man, it looks like I missed a good workout. I am not kidding when I say I am having Crossfit withdrawls, I did "fight gone bad" with a friend at home in Tampa, afterwards he gave me an exhausted high five looked at me dead in the eye and said you are nuts...but when can we do this again, mission accomplished.   10. aaron. 220. rx. 42:15 This was some kind of kick in the butt. This is the hardest one yet. Went to CF Athens Wednesday and did a PR on jerk 275#. I will be in in Jax in two weeks.

  13. Rx'ed 31:20... then again I am very strong, so I expected faster.

    guys, this was THE HARDEST metcon I have ever done, hands down. I'm sold. If I lived in FL, I'd be all over your affiliate, your programming will be in my arsenal a LOT more.
