    (Harry S Truman) im out here doing work-ups for cruise and trying to maintain my CF workouts in the shitty gyms on the A/C Carrier. Congratz Chris!!! I was also wondering if you could send me an email with some examples of workouts you try to use while you are under way? If you have any ideas that would be awusome...
