  3. So how's it going in Jax? I wasn't able to do the WODS the past few days. So , I got a wild hair up my .... and decided to do 4 of the past wods yesterday. Being the hmmm I am, I let my brother Nic take part in my plan. Here are the results:
    1)may 29th/ Nic. 3 rds +400m / Rob:5rds +400m

    2)may 27th "luck my Fife"
    Nic: 40:37. mod (Pukie)
    Rob: 26:42. did 135# instead of 95# for hang power cleans. However dropped the ohs down to 45#. Being that I wasn't happy with my form.

    3)May 28th/ Left the back squats out. (forgot to write them down) Did the metcon.

    Did 5min break btw. wod 1 and 2. 45min break btw 2 and 3.

    WOD 4 was impossible to even think about starting. will do "96 Degrees In The Shade" today.

    I hate to miss doing a WOD. I feel that I at least got some statisfaction in beating my ass last night.
