    if you missed the super bowl, you missed a great game. it was a lesson learned in that it isn't over until the final whistle when the clock ticks 0:00. each team fought hard until the very end and it is what it takes to become a champion and winner each and every time. remember that...

  3. Warm up: 6ea. of: dead lift,
    row, cleans, shoulder press, push press and bar push ups.
    3rounds @ 20kg,3@35kg and 3@50kg

    *This warm up was from Crossfit Daytona I believe.

    Workout: 20 min. As many Ring dips as possible. I didn't count. I just did them.
