3 rounds:
row 40 calories for time
max reps of push ups using row time
box jumps @ 20" using push up reps for time
max reps of pull ups using box jump time
2min rest in between rounds

for example, if it takes you 2:00 to row 40 calories then you have 2:00 to perform max reps of push ups; if you do 50 push ups in that time frame, then you peform 50 box jumps for time; if the 50 box jumps take you 1:30 to complete them, then you have 1:30 to peform max pull ups.
