    good job to all who showed up today. its good to get out and about every now and again.

    tomorrow's workout holds special meaning to me. it marks the anniversary of a buddy of mine that died a year to the day. keep him in mind if and when you attempt his workout. he was one of the first (second actually) to expose me to this beautiful world called CrossFit. its an honor and my distinct pleasure to do this workout for him. there will come a point during this wod where you'll want to stop, rest and think about quitting. think of him and that alone should keep you going. it shouldn't take an external power to motivate you in life, but in certain times and at random opportunities, it just feels right to do so.
