max reps of ring push ups x3
2min rest between sets
post total reps for score

in as few sets as possible, perform pull ups using total amount of reps from ring push ups.

  3. it was definitely deceiving, rob. everyone that did this wod is still recovering from it...i know i am at least lol.

    we didn't tell our members about the 3rd workout (pull ups) that day until they were done with their push ups, to prevent them from sand-bagging on the ring push ups. anyone could half-ass the rpu's to minimize their pull up reps, so we made them go all out on the rpu's to 'appreciate' the pull ups lol.
