it was definitely deceiving, rob. everyone that did this wod is still recovering from it...i know i am at least lol.
we didn't tell our members about the 3rd workout (pull ups) that day until they were done with their push ups, to prevent them from sand-bagging on the ring push ups. anyone could half-ass the rpu's to minimize their pull up reps, so we made them go all out on the rpu's to 'appreciate' the pull ups lol.
