IF YOU'VE GOT AN ITCH... SNATCH IT!

Find your 1RM for snatch
-Rest 5 minutes-
With a continuous running clock, perform max reps of wall balls for 1 minute then max reps of double unders for 2 minutes. 5 rounds/15 minutes of total work.
