WORKOUT 1
5 rounds for time:
135# front squat, 5 reps
135# push press, 5 reps
Transition from front squat directly to push press without racking bar. If possible, do not drop bar.

5 minute rest then

WORKOUT 2
10 reps on the minute for 10 minutes of:
30" box jumps
100 jumps total

Post time from 1 for score.

    everyone dropped the bar at some point during this workout. the load will take its toll on your forearms. the key is to minimize that brief rest period and go again.

    the box jumps were no joke whatsoever. interesting concept that will definitely breed new ideas.
