  2. lux was my guinea pig science project for his workout today. i had him do fran backwards and by the looks of it, it wasn't any easier:

    9 pull ups
    9 thrusters
    15 pull ups
    15 thrusters
    21 pull ups
    21 thrusters

    he finished in 4:06 and claimed of severe head-throbbing...hmm...that can't be good.

  3. i'll be randomly asking for volunteers within the gym to perform workouts that i've concocted in my cerebellum. i'll experiment on 1 or 2 before i make everyone else do them. standy for some interesting workouts the upcoming week, done by unselfish volunteers (and maybe a little insane lol).
