After further discussion with our in house running specialists, our 4k course is now under re-verification. The general consensus is that the course is farther than 2k out, making it farther than a 4k total. Nonetheless, today was a beautiful day for a run. The crisp air a welcome change from the sweat box we have all grown used to. In place of air normally so thick with humidity that it feels like breathing liquid, today we got to feel a little bit of fall. It's a shame it won't last, but if you can't stand the heat then get out of the kitchen. Standby for more info on the 4k reverification.
